iCONNCT was developed as a comprehensive mobile app that connects customers, real estate companies, and agents in real-time. The app automates lead assignments, facilitates transparent communication, and allows real-time tracking of appointments.
Built using cloud-native technologies, iCONNCT utilizes a Swift, Kotlin, React, Laravel, MySQL, WordPress and AWS cloud services for scalability. The app’s architecture integrates real-time notifications, messaging, and tracking functionalities.
We adopted an Agile approach to ensure rapid delivery and iterative feedback. Scrum was utilized for sprint planning, development, and regular client reviews. We used tools like Jira for project management and Git for version control.
We followed a phased approach: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment on both iOS and Android platforms.
iConnct is also well-aligned with new legal standards in the real estate industry, such as greater transparency in agent-client relationships and fee disclosures. These legal shifts, particularly those resulting from recent lawsuits and regulatory changes, have started to place increased pressure on traditional commission structures. iConnct’s customer-driven, flexible pricing model reduces the reliance on outdated commission systems, empowering agents to work directly with clients on mutually beneficial terms.
The app’s features naturally support the new laws’ emphasis on transparency, as clients can directly choose their agents, track their movements, and see real-time availability. This aligns perfectly with the industry’s push towards more open and equitable practices, ensuring compliance with emerging legal standards while also enhancing the user experience.
