Customers privacy is critically important to us. AsappStudio have a few fundamental principles:
AsappStudio is committed to maintaining your privacy. This privacy policy has been created to provide you with information about how we collect and use information that you may provide through AsappStudio games. Please read this privacy policy carefully. By accessing and using AsappStudio games, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, and agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please refrain from using AsappStudio games.
3. Kids Apps Privacy Policy:
Parents and legal guardians of children under 13 have certain rights under Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA, http://www.coppa.org/coppa.htm), and The Simulator Games recognises those rights. AsappStudio is committed to comply with the regulations of the Federal Trade Commission in the operation of AsappStudio games.
The Simulator Games does not knowingly and directly collect and store on its servers any personal information from children under the age 13 as that would be a violation of COPPA. Some information may be collected by third party providers of services (advertising networks, etc.) or certain products.

4. Personal and Sensitive Information:
AsappStudio may also use ad network providers to help present advertisements on our products. These ad network providers use your demographic information (certain anonymous information about you as a user:such as age and country), read external storage to save game data on your device, phone state (either it’s in call state or not), current accounts (email attached in your device), camera feed and calendar event for the following purposes:
(a) to operate and improve offering ads
(b) for targeting better
(c) measurement of the effectiveness of their advertisements
(d) to predict the characteristics and preferences of the audiences
(e) to help delivering more relevant advertisements
Such third parties (as ad network providers) are subjected to their own privacy policies, instead of this one. AsappStudio processes such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy without disclosing it to any public domain or any other third party which is not described in this Privacy Policy. We have implemented appropriate measures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorised access in order to maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online.
5. Collection of Non-Personal Information:
AsappStudio uses tracking technology to collect non-personal identifying information from the users, including the Unique Device Identifier (UDID) for your mobile device. We may use Tracking Technologies to help tailor our content, understand content usage and improve or customise our content and offers. These Tracking Technologies specifically collect non-personal data, and do not collect information from users outside of the app. We do not combine personal information with non-personal information.
Third parties may collect IP address, advertising identifier and unique device identifier, but not any personally identifiable information of a private nature. We allow this information to be collected solely for internal operations of the Kids Apps in order to serve our Kids Apps users with advertising as permitted by applicable rules and laws.
6. Links to Websites:
AsappStudio contains links that leads to AppStore/PlayStore. These links are in place to permit our users to rate AsappStudio games or purchase other AsappStudio products.
7. How we make use of Information:
We use anonymous, non-personal data for internal operations, such as analysing the effectiveness of AsappStudio games, improving our features, and for other similar purposes. In addition, from time to time, we may undertake or commission statistical and other summary analyses of the general behaviour and characteristics of users participating in our services and the games. By doing so, we may share anonymous information with third parties. That anonymous information provided to third parties will not allow anyone to identify you. We may collect minute information through features of the games and through non-personal tracking technologies. AsappStudio may also use other tools or third party analytical services to collect and use certain non-personal data not limited to your device UDID and aggregated patterns of app usage (length of time on the app and use of different features). When AsappStudio uses third parties to assist in analysis of AsappStudio games, it requires them to comply with COPPA and other applicable laws. AsappStudio does not sell, rent, share or transfer any of the information collected to third party in ways other than described in this policy.
We will share the collected information (Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier) with third parties only in ways described in this privacy statement. We may disclose personal information only in the following cases:
• if required by law, for example to comply with a court order, subpoena, regulation, legal process or other governmental request;
• to exercise or protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company, our users or others;
• to enforce this privacy statement, including investigation of potential violations thereof;
• pursuant to the approval of a legal guardian, in order to supply certain services such legal guardian or the user may have requested from the Company;
• to collect, hold or manage Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier through our authorized third parties service providers, as reasonable for business purposes, which may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as the user’s jurisdiction;
• to let our partners and affiliates serve the users with advertisements as permitted by applicable laws and rules;
• to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
• if The Simulator Games is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified of any change in ownership or uses of your information via our website.
8. Data Retention:
AsappStudio only retains the data collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy for the period of time necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. After this duration, it deletes all such data within a time-frame that is reasonable for our operating requirements. When necessary, AsappStudio may retain data to the extent needed for resolving disputes, enforce AsappStudio user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of the games.
9. Security:
AsappStudio follows reasonable and generally accepted industry standards regarding data security. We maintain reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of the information in AsappStudio’ possession in accordance with Applicable law. Only authorised members who need to process user data to meet-up their tasks in accordance with the purpose of this Privacy Policy and for performing technical maintenance have access to user data in AsappStudio’ possession.
