Lose weight, get a special nutrition program based on your BMI (daily), get an exercise plan and have a live consultation with Dr. Abdullah Al-Mutawaa to get answers for your questions and get professional nutrition advice. You also will follow your progress by taking advantage of NFBOX progress graphs. You will also have access to healthy food recipes and advice videos that will boost your diet motivation.

NFBOX tools will allow you to calculate your BMI by entering your weight and height.

How app works: User subscribe to one of the subscription plans (platinum and gold). By entering weight and height and chronic diseases if applicable, user receives a daily exercise and nutrition program based on his BMI and health condition. (Nutrition plan for each BMI range will be pre- uploaded and will be updated from time to time)

The user will be asked every two weeks to update his info, by updating the info the user will get anutrition plan for the new BMI also, he will have progress graphs to show his progress.

The user will have a live consultation with the dedicated doctor where the doctor will start a live streaming and the users (Platinum users) can ask their questions and get benefits from professional nutrition advice.The app supports both tablet and mobile platforms. Also, it supports both Arabic and English languages.
